L'appartement est bien situé, (mais un peu loin des commerces),, bien aménagé et propre. La vue est très belle.
Avoir une place de parking est un plus.
Dans la résidence, il manque des bacs de tri sélectif.

La vue sur la mer, le cadre, la tranquillité, un appartement très agréable, une place de parking en sous-sol.
Il faudra penser à changer la cafetière car le bac à eau fuit.

Appartamento piccolo, ma dotato del necessario .
Terrazzino con vista aperta sul verde molto rilassante da guardare e spazioso abbastanza per poter pranzare/ cenare . Struttura molto silenziosa e pulita.
Posizione ottima per spostamenti .
Abbiamo soggiornato in 3 ospiti e quindi fatto uso del divano letto che abbiamo trovato molto scomodo ,difficile dormire a causa del materasso basso / sottile che non isola dal ferro della struttura del divano.
