If you must stay in Iraklion city center, here is not the right choice. Otherwise, this is definitely the right choice.

I clearly booked for 2 adults and a 6 yr old child. There was a double bed for 2 but the day bed had no sheets or blankets. It was covered in a boucle fabric not intended for bedding. The was only one sheet on the double bed so it was not possible to borrow from there.
The kitchen was meanly equipped. There wasn’t even enough water for 3 thirsty travellers. Very disappointing. On departure, the person on the desk did not enquire whether we had enjoyed our stay.
Even question 4 undervalues Greek cultural values : hospitality and pride in archeological sites. We came to see Knossos, just 3 minutes away. Staff at the canteen there were delightful.
