My daughter and I stay at the Holman when we come to Salem. We love the Hotel and the location. The employees
are friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable. Normally I would choose a room on-line, but this was a last
minute decision to stay, so the lady at the front desk assigned us a room. Our room was facing the busy street and so there was traffic noise and the people in the room above us were noisy (stomping around). Next time I will definitely
choose my room!

Modern and comfortable. I like the fact the room was not carpeted. Liked restaurant.
Our room cleanliness was subpar. The bathroom and kitchenette areas were clean. The bedroom and sitting areas were not. See photos of dust and crumbs. Sofa was stained.
There is a high price($32)for secure overnight parking. If you want to protect one’s property in this high crime area, you are forced to use the valet.
