Welcome to our centrally-located & spacious apartment. Take a 10min walk up to Haywood Rd for brunch & breweries. 10min drive downtown or Biltmore.
Sleep in the plush bed. Wake up to a delicious cup of coffee. Swing in the hammock chairs on our restful porch.
Pull out couch for friends & family. Full bathroom with tub. Partial kitchen with dishes small fridge/freezer, toaster, air fryer, kettle, Nespresso, & microwave.
Pets welcome! Toddler friendly with all you need to travel light!
10min to Biltmore, the Orange Peel, Downtown. ❤️of West AVL.
We are in a very central part of West Asheville but in a quiet neighborhood on a dead end street. It’s a ten minute meandering walk up to Sunny Point, One World Brewing, the Whale, Golden Pineapple, Early Girl, and many others. On Tuesdays you can walk up to the farmers market. There are close by playgrounds and dog parks. Ride your bike down to the greenway with ease. Or hop in your car and be downtown in five minutes.
Our space offers a separate entrance and complete privacy from the home above. The one-bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, while the pull-out couch with a queen mattress provides additional sleeping space for friends and family. We ask for no more than 4 guests and two pets. Please reach out if your guest list is longer.
The spacious bathroom includes both a shower and tub for your convenience. In the partial kitchen, you'll find a fridge, freezer, sink, coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, air fryer, and microwave. We've stocked the kitchen with dishes and essentials, including kids' dishes, cups, and even bibs!
Enjoy your meals in the dining space or step out onto the covered porch, where you can relax in the hammock swings or gather around the dining table. From the porch, you'll have a peaceful view of the wooded lot, and if you're lucky, you might even spot a bear or fox!
We provide coffee to start your day off right, and you can unwind with two TVs equipped with streaming services. Stay connected with WiFi access, and we offer games, reading material, and picnic items for your enjoyment.
Traveling with little ones? We've got you covered! Upon request, we can provide amenities such as a pack-n-play, bath toys, and a high chair.
Please note that there are stairs leading down the path to access the space. We welcome pets, making our hideaway a perfect choice for your furry friends too!

It's a simple, quiet suite with a lovely, covered deck and beautiful view of the woods. Great for bird watching while drinking your morning coffee. Not particularly close to downtown, but perfect for us while visiting relatives in the neighborhood within walking distance.

Pet friendly. Very bright and well done decor. Very Clean and well maintained. Shops nearby were on the outer range of an easy walk. Good central location for easy travel to downtown and Biltmore. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our overnight stay, the rental was very clean and decorated super cute. The owner was sweet and a good communicator. The parking on the street was a bit tight but it didn't cause any issues.
