**Katrina House** is a beautifully renovated property nestled in the heart of Rethymnon’s historic Old Town. Offering a peaceful retreat, it’s still just a short walk from all the vibrant attractions the town has to offer. The property is located in a car-free zone, but convenient parking options are available just 160 meters away in a private parking lot (for a fee). Alternatively, you can park outside the Old Town near the bus station.
Our property consists of three cozy studios and two spacious apartments spread over two floors, all fully air-conditioned for your comfort.
**Superior Studio #4** is a bright and inviting space, featuring a private balcony. It comes fully equipped with a flat-screen TV, a kitchenette (with cookware, electric kettle, coffee maker, stovetop, and fridge), a comfortable sofa, and two single beds. The bathroom includes a washing machine for your convenience, and free WiFi is provided.
Within just a few minutes’ walk, you can explore Rethymnon’s many attractions, including the Venetian Castle Fortezza, Archaeological Museum, the Historical and Folk Art Museum, and the Centre of Byzantine Art.
