The Space:
This is one unit in a duplex in the center of the art district in Gatlinburg. This two story unit has 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6) and a sleeper sofa in the living room (sleeps 2), and a sleeper sofa in the media room along with two trundles in the media room as well (sleeps 4). So - the unit can sleep a total of 12 people in beds! There are 3 large decks attached to each room that look over the Great Smoky Mountains. The master bedroom has its own deck, the living room has a deck, and the two bedrooms and the media room downstairs are all attached to a large deck. There are two off-street parking spaces, and a third space can be reserved for an additional vehicle fee per night by the Property Manager if made within 24 hours in advance.

+ Flexible for party size if booked with one or multiple of the other units in the estate
+ Onsite parking is provided for two vehicles per unit, if you require 1 additional vehicle to be at the complex, please ask the owner for advance approval for accommodations
+ If there is an issue with your unit or with the cleanliness of the property, inform The HOST immediately upon arrival to get resolved

INDOOR POOL COMMUNITY CENTER: Hours of Operation

Saturday: 10 a.m. — 5:30 p.m.
Sunday: 1 p.m. — 5:30 p.m.
Public swim time is subject to swim lessons and swim team schedules. The pool closes a half hour before the Community Center.
