About this house rental
The ANTICA FONTE holiday home is a spacious and welcoming home located in Tavullia.
The apartment accommodates a maximum of 6 people.
The house, entirely renovated in 2015, has a large garden with swimming pool available only for apartment guests. In the garden, in a shaded area and in front of the swimming pool, guests have at their disposal a kitchen with stove, dishwasher, sink, refrigerator, ... as well as a table where they can prepare and enjoy food and drinks in absolute relaxation and tranquility.
Tavullia is the ideal starting point to quickly reach the nearest urban centers and the numerous places of historical and cultural interest in the Marche and Romagna.
The house is located near medieval villages and castles, such as Gradara, Motegridolfo, Mondaino... The towns of Pesaro, Fano and the beautiful Urbino can be reached in a very short time.
5 km from the Antica Fonte is the San Bartolo Natural Park, the first promontory on the Adriatic for those arriving from the north, with the villages of Fiorenzuola, Casteldimezzo and Gabicce Monte and the picturesque beach of Fiorenzuola.
For those who love nature and uncontaminated spaces, a short distance away there is the Furlo reserve where it is possible to do numerous activities such as excursions and climbing, but also simple picnics with family or friends thanks to the numerous equipped areas.
Furthermore, in Tavullia, a small village on the hills between Romagna and Marche, everything recalls Valentino Rossi, the greatest motorcycling rider of all time.

nice home with a pool that unfortunately was not heated. however, the walk up the stairs to town was great and we ate at a couple of great resturants in the little town. host was great and the mother living in lower unit was a kick.

If you go to Tavullia, make sure to book with Elena and Luciano!! The house is more than the pictures show:
- Outside kitchen next to the pool (BBQ, Induction cooking, fridge, sink, even a dishwasher!!)
- 3 (!!) totally new bathrooms + 1 toilet at the poolside
- Every (!!!) room is equipped with a fridge
- Every (!!!) room is equipped with air condition AND ventilation
- Own parking with locked gate
This is not one of the mediterranean houses where things might work or might not. EVERYTHING in this house is new and well maintained and well done.
We have been to >10 B&Bs in Italy - none of them was so clean and tidy and so well equipped!
When we arrived, Elena welcomed us with a homemade, delicious cake...Luciano comes every day to clean the pool, you do not even have to care of the garbage...this is really a full service B&B!
So incredibly nice people...we became friends with Luciano and Elena - and in case there is anything you need, ask lovely Nonna who lives downstairs.
We will return to this peaceful, lovely, luxurious and friendly place and can recommend it to anyone who wants to go!!
