Great location, just a short bus ride from the centre. Three really good rooms with plenty of space for bags. Good mattresses and duvet/pillows.
Ice already in the freezer, christmas decorations up, heating on. What's not to like? Really helpful directions provided. Great communication and book of instructions. We'd stay again.
Could do with a blind in the bathroom, but that's me being very picky. Dining room chairs were a bit wobbly.

Homely and clean. Great location. Parking . Lovely sized garden if you were planning to visit in the warmer months.
Not that we didn’t like it, but the sofas could have been more comfy. Possibly the oven could do with some attention.

The hosts were amazing and friendly. Couldn't do enough to help! The house was spacious and nicely decorated. Good value for money! For a group of friends or a family trip I would stay anywhere else. It is perfect!
The location was ideal for what we wanted but the hill is so steep. But that's part of the charm of Bath... I guess. The parking was very difficult to park in. All advised by host so it wasn't a shock. Just something to be aware of.
