The host personally met us at the property and showed us to then apartment. She was extremely pleasant and helpful with providing information. The apartment was stocked with food and personal touches that were so thoughtful. The view from the balcony was gorgeous. The apartment exceeded expectations. The train was less than a ten minute walk and we felt very safe walking at night.
We honestly loved everything about the property and how it is managed.

Geniale Wohnung! Perfekte Lage, direkt am See, mit freier Sicht auf den See. Dadurch, dass man im 3.OG ist, sieht man die Strasse zwischen Haus und See gar nicht. Ebenso ist es sehr ruhig zum schlafen (wir haben bei geschlossenen Fenstern geschlafen).
Sehr schöne und grosse Wohnung. Sehr modern eingerichtet, mit hohem Standard. Die Bäder und die Küche sind modern und die Zimmer sehr geräumig.
Die Betten sind von hoher Qualität und sehr bequem.
Die Wohnung ist nur 700m vom SBB Bahnhof Melide entfernt, wo es auch einen Coop zum einkaufen hat.
Vom Bahnhof Melide kommt man überall hin (Lugano, Como, Mailand). Valerio antwortet sofort und ist sehr zuvorkommend (wir konnten 2h früher in die Unterkunft). Eine der schönsten Wohnungen die wir je gemietet haben.
Nichts, das schlimm wäre. Es ist Jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau. Das kleinere Zimmer hat das Fenster Richtung Waldhang. In der Küche könnte die Ausstattung noch etwas umfangreicher sein (die Küche selber ist aber gross und topmodern). Ein kleiner Tisch und zwei Stühle auf dem Balkon wäre cool. Allgemein ist es ein wenig kühl und zurückhaltend eingerichtet, allerdings passt das Gesamtkonzept.
