About this house rental
Welcome to your sunny vacation rental home located in Rancho Cordoba, minutes to , American river ,downtown, Old Town and more. Beautiful and cozy. Located in a quiet neighborhood with 4 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms.. Enjoy our 65inch 4k TV watching all available shows at the family room, high-speed internet and comfortable beds. This home is ideal for Visitors, Families, Business Parties, and more executives.
The space
This home is located in a quiet and family friendly neighborhood convenient to shopping, entertainment and more. 4 bedroom (queen size beds) and two full bathrooms with all you need to have an amazing stay.
All the mattresses are pillow top queen side to have a great quality sleep.
High-quality laminate flooring throughout the all house.
Spacious kitchen, fully stocked and set-up with high-end stainless steel appliances, a big dining table is set in the open living / and a breakfast-table at the kitchen area to enjoy meals with your family.
Open floor plan living area with one comfortable sofa and 65" UHD SMART 4K TV with Netflix and other free apps to enjoy quality time with your family or friends.
Very nice neighborhood, many stores and restaurants nearby.
We are located less than a mile from the American River , kayak rentals, bike rentals and more.
Guest access
Guest have access to the whole house. (Garage is not available for parking)

- Key-less entry with door code upon arrival.
- Free Internet Wi-Fi.
- Family Room: Netflix, ethernet cables.
- Kitchen: Coffee maker, K-cup coffee machine, toaster, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, cookware, dishes, glassware, utensils, oil, salts, and peppers.
- Bathroom: Bathtub and stand-in shower, hair dryer, and shampoo/conditioner, soap.
- Laundry room: washer, dryer, iron, iron board, laundry detergent and softener.
- Two parking spaces on the driveway and ample free street parking
Check-in: 5 pm.
Check-out: 11 am.
Other things to note
- Please use the dining room for eating; abstain from eating and drinking in bed.
- Please take care of the house and treat the furniture and amenities with respect.
- Please try to utilize the parking spaces in front of my house.
- No parties allowed.
- We don't allow visitors from our guest for security reasons
- No pets.
- No smoke inside of the property (if guest smoke inside we will charge a fee).
- Locals must contact us before booking.
- No drugs inside of the property (medical cannabis neither).
- We have a camera at the front and back for security reason.

We have a professional pest control service every month. Our home is rural and surrounded by beautiful natural trees so on occasion, and despite our best efforts, a stray bug, roaches, spider, or other nature-loving creature may wander inside. This also happens during summer due to extremely hot and dry weather. Upon booking, guests accept this possibility and uncontrollable situation.

The house was good for what I needed. I did see a roach within 19 min of arriving which made me uncomfortable because I didn’t want it traveling back home. One main bathroom for 3 rooms is tight also.

Check in time was late considering coming from out of town and needing to get ready. Location was perfect for the area I was needing to get too. Price changed when I listed amount of ppl staying. Ended up only 3 of us for a 4 bedroom house. Appears possible fire damage in the past with work being done. All in all this place worked for me.
