The 1st bedroom has 1 double bed. The second Bedroom has a double bed and a double sofa bed. The living room has a double sofa bed for 2 people, a dining area and a flat screen TV.The kitchen is fully equipped and offers an oven, ceramic hob, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and a fridge-freezer.The 2 bathrooms in the apartment are divided into a washbasin, shower, toilet with bidet and offer a hair dryer as well as shampoo & shower gel for our guests.In addition to the great facilities of the holiday apartments, the Sulzer Apartments in Zell am See also offer a garden with outdoor seating, a ski cellar with ski boot dryer, a games room (air hockey, table tennis, table football) as well as a free garage for guests directly at the house.Washing machine and dryer are available to you in the common areas during your stay (registration required).The location is convincing! Located in the southern part of Zell am See (Schüttdorf), restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance. The most beautiful excursion destinations and activities are in the immediate vicinity. Access to skiing fun at the AreitXpress on the Schmittenhöhe is only 800 meters away, and the Zell am See-Kaprun golf course is 2 kilometers away. It is 1.5 kilometers to the southernmost part of Lake Zell.
