    Very nice hotel, we booked the suit during our stay and loved it, spacious, elegant and just perfect. The staff have been very helpful with everything from parking our car to giving us restaurant recommendations. Thank you guys for the wonderful stay.

    We stayed here for our Italy honeymoon and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hotel is in a central location, walkable to all the major sights, which made exploring Florence so easy. The staff was amazing and extremely helpful with all of our needs. We were welcomed with a lovely drink at the bar and even greeted with a bottle of Prosecco and some sweets to celebrate our honeymoon. Such a thoughtful touch! I also cannot stress enough how incredible the lighting in our bathroom is. It made getting ready a joy every morning. Overall, a memorable stay that made our honeymoon even more special. Highly recommend!

    The hotel good location, but the cleaning terrible, the room full with bugs. Hotel five star should be more standard Cleaning. I hope they do something with bugs and teach the staff the cleaning standard for five hotel
