Nice personell, good bed and clean sheets.
For me, the temperature was way too high at 23,5 degrees Celsius. In addition to a small room, it felt closed and hot. I changed the temperature to 18, but it didn't change.
Also, I could hear some neighbours having sex. I don't mind People having their pleasure, but it was hard to ignore and sleep through it. Better sounds isolation would be nice.

Bed was relatively big and comfortable enough.
Not just small, also lacks hooks and shelves for jackets/clothes. Shower smells of urine.
