I had a variety of issues occur to me. I stayed in appartment 1 (studio).
1) No way to call the host (number provided is a landline, that has an automated voice informing you of work hours)
2) Shower didnt work
3) Wifi details not provided
4) No microwave. Even though listed in amenities.
Upon entering the first thing I noticed there was no microwave even though i checked amenities list multiple times.
Like i mentioned I could not call the host, so I contacted the host on booking.com via messages.
The next thing I noticed there was no info anywhere about wifi. Neither name, nor password. Not a piece of paper in the flat, not provided via a message. I checked amenities list, it was listed, but then again, so was microwave. I tried a couple guesses to no luck. Contacted host about this too.
Meanwhile I could hear tv on in room 2, so I knocked on the door to ask maybe they have the wifi details. He also contacted the host the previous day about it, so showed me a message on his phone with wifi details.
Weird! Why make your guests come to you to ask for it, when you could provide to begin with?
Received a reply from the host, nothing about the microwave, only gave me details of the wifi.
Now third and most stressful issue. Hot/warm shower didn't function as needed. The pressure was not good enough to keep the current going from the shower head, so I would have either needed an ice cold shower, or wash myself squating under the sink faucet.
I only checked the shower as I got in it, which was 11 pm, so it was super stressful, as I was after 30 hours of flights, and wanted to shower, and I also flew in for a work meeting, hence needed to shower.
I messaged host again on booking.
Meanwhile I had a genius idea to google the company deets of the company running the Lolo Stay, and found a mobe number.
I called it, and the woman informed me that the plumber can only come the next day.
can come now", which firstly, is not true, as there are 24/7 service centers for this, but secondly, that was not even the solution I presumed was going to be given, so I told her that I expect to be switched into a different appartment, and sent videos of the shower on whatsapp.
They switched me to an appartment with a working shower, and it happened to be one of the sligthly bigger options with a kitchen island, which is why I am leaving this property a 9.
It was a super stressful late evening which was the last thing I needed from a place to stay after the travels and before an important day the next day.

Patogi vieta, švarus ir jaukus kambarys su virtuve.
Nežinau mes nesupratome kaip turi isijungti dušo galvute ar ji buvo sugedusi, tad buvo sudetingiau nusiprausti. Taip pat televizorius esantis kambaryje nieko nerodė.

Gera lokacija. Arti centro, švaru. Kaip ir turėtu būti.
Kambaryje užtrauktos lauko apsauginės žaliuzės,(kurių pats negali atidaryti), per langą nieko nesimato net šviesa neįeina į kambarį. Televizoriaus nepavyko pasijungti. davėme užklausas savininkui, siuntėme nuotraukas ka rodo kai bandome pasijungti , tačiau atsakymo negavome, taip ir likome be TV. Gavome atsakymą, kad yra du pulteliai vienas dekoderiui kitas televizoriui :) šitą ir mes suprantame , bet kodel nerodo, paaiškinimo negavome.
