All staff members were positive, patient, and proactive. We were not ideal guests. I lost one of the card keys, and we missed the breakfast window due to our teenagers running a race that took longer than expected. We were given grace and flexibility.
We loved the delicious breakfast buffet, the mountain view, and the proximity to the Americana mall.

The location was convenient to the places we had to get to.
We had a late check in due to travel from Sacramento as we were driving. I had already notified hotel in advance. When I arrived to check in and to get room keys I was told by security to wait in the lounge for 10-15 mins while front desk staff was on lunch. This wasn’t pleasant as we had been in the car for 7+ hours and just wanted to get to our room. When staff arrived, didn’t apologize or even mention the wait.
