Within 2.3 miles you will find a shop, and within 0.1 miles, a pub and please note that two small dogs are welcome but sorry, no smoking. The castle is also well-known for its role as Hogwarts in the "Harry Potter" movie. There is lots to see and do in the area around Alnwick, including miles of golden sand beaches, dozens of castles, and boat journeys to the world-famous Farne Islands. As a whole, it's a great base from which to discover Northumberland and its breathtaking Heritage Coast.
