About this house rental
Looking to come to Southern California and be situated less than 15 minutes from the beach, but close enough to the freeway to make it to Disneyland and Knottsberry Farm within 15minutes? This is a beautiful, clean, and convenient home located a block from the freeway entrance which makes your drive to theme parks, San Diego, Los Angeles, etc. quick and easy! We provide a simple, yet cozy layout, with a private garden backyard with a spa. Everything you need for a perfectly simple vacation!

The extra charge listed as “Waivo Insurance” on your reservation covers accidental damage in the home within a certain limit. If something happens or breaks during your stay please let us know immediately so we can file a claim.
Note: This amount only covers a 10 day or less stay. If you are staying longer than 10 days we will request the difference in amount for coverage.
MARRIOTT GUESTS -- You are not charged a Waivo Fee. You will be asked to upload your credit card information to the reservation upon booking, this will act as the card on file (similar to hotels) in case any damages occur during your stay.

We stayed for five nights as a family of four. The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The bedrooms are minimally decorated but have a comfortable bed. There was no extra bedding at all.There is a kitchen and a comfortable living area. The backyard is the star with a grassy area, seating area, and hot tub. There is a built in grill. It was challenging to cook food evenly as there was built up grease so it was running hot in certain areas. The kitchen had all the basic pots/pans needed as well as silverware and plates/cups. There were no spices or other items that are sometimes found at rentals. The garage is available for use, which is great. The listing said there were bicycles but there were none available during our stay. We also had issues with the wifi being out. It required lots of communication back and forth with the host but it was finally fixed. We were compensated for the hassle.The house is a 10-15 minute drive to the beach, which was fantastic. There is free public parking as well as close parking for 15. Watch out for stingrays as they are common on that beach. Overall, it was a good house for our goal of going to the beach everyday.

The house was very nice and clean, very conveniently located. It had all of the amenities that we needed. Hot tub was great as well as washer and dryer. Would recommend to anyone to stay.
