Totally renovated ranch home with brand new kitchen, kitchen appliances and tiled walk in shower. Quiet country setting with beautiful views of woods and a pond. 11 acres and a primative cabin and woods to explore. Close to both Falconer, NY and Jamestown NY.

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The house & the host were great! The pond, cabin and tree houae wwre awesome! It ia conveniently located close to everything. We will definitely book this house again.
