This tastefully renovated apartment is ideally located next to the luge park and the village center! A 56m² apartment for 4/6 people is located on the 2nd floor (without elevator) of a small, quiet residence.

Spacious entrance hall with storage cupboards. Beautiful living room opening onto a south-facing balcony with magnificent views of the mountains and the Grande Moucherolle!

Rapido sofa system, TV, internet access.

Very nice and functional kitchen with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, hob, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker, microwave/grill, raclette and fondue set, blender, and electric citrus press.

Two bedrooms, one with a 160cm double bed and the other with two 90cm single beds.
Bathroom with shower, washing machine. Separate toilet.

Apartment rated 3***. Private outdoor parking. Bed linen and towels not provided (disposable sheet sets are available for sale). Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant. Pets are not allowed.
