This 3,842 sf house has 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, 2 half baths, and one outdoor shower. The first floor has a wet-bar, double ovens, wet rack, and built-in wine rack. The first floor also serves as a gathering space.
Original, this house was the clubhouse of the area. therefore, it’s located on one of the best water location of Naussau Bay. With a unique design for entertainment, half of first floor has floor to ceiling glass windows to provide 180 degree water view that you can rarely find.
Back of house is one of the most popular Naussau Bay boats gathering, especially on Holidays, sunny weekend and summer. Naussau Bay City celebrates 4th of July with fireworks right on back of property. Christmas light boats parade starting point is also right behind house going to Kemah Boardwalk. Water, boats and fireworks. What’s an amazing view!
Activities on the property include fishing and water activities such as jet skiing, kayaking, etc.

This property is even cooler than it looks in the pictures! From the floor to ceiling windows to the waterfront view... this was truly one of our favorite places we've ever stayed.
