Lovely property, wasn't expecting two living rooms, so great bonus, quirky building with a easy layout. Plenty of plates, utensils etc
Towels as we had forgotten ours. So quiet and beautiful views of the fields, the hot tub big enough to swim in, the jacuzzi bath this property has plenty of luxury items.
No instructions on how to put bedroom sofa bed down, I was scared I may damage it, as it wasn't immediately obvious to me.

Well furnished house in a lovely, quiet location. The hotub was indeed huge!!
Plenty of plates, bowls and cutlery for our use. Very comfy beds upstairs.
We had young children, and I was a little concerned about there being a glass table. However, all was fine .

Loved the hot tub area! The views from the back were amazing. The interior was really decent and had everything we needed for a one night stay before Alton towers.
Felt as though we were on the naught list! Threatening communications before we arrived stating how we would be removed from the property if we were noisy. Another message at 9pm reminding us of quiet hours and threats of removal - it all seemed a bit dramatic really especially when a very noise road is between the cottage and other houses. We read a review of a decibel reader in the living space which is ridiculous if true.
As well as this, very conflicting and unclear policies on age requirements made us feel stressed. Terms and conditions received after booking were very different to what the listing page (minimum booking age 30, 4 adults maximum etc). We didn’t read these until we had been travelling for 4 hours but we decided to try our luck and were fine as we did not meet anyone during our stay. Still all a very stressful experience!
CCTV and ring doorbell cameras around the exterior are understandable but combined with the intense messages felt a bit intimidating. I would also suggest a camera on a hot tub is a bit concerning / uncomfortable for young women.
This was all a shame as the property is really lovely.
