Room only. The apartment was spacious - 310 with a nice view of the sea and pool. The bathroom could benefit by an update, shower wasn’t very powerful however, there was always hot water. No sun-bed wars
but this could be due to being mid October. Lovely staff who always welcomed with a smile. Location was great, a few minutes to the beach, bars and restaurants. We would definitely stay again if in the area and would recommend to family and friends.

Objekat je cist sa starim namestajem oskudno snabdevenom kuhinjom i izuzetno udobnim krevetima.Potrebno je popraviti neke klime jer se znatno cuju pri radu.Plaza je na 200m od objekta,cista sa izuzetno toplim morem.

We had an amazing stay! Everything was perfect – the accommodation was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and we truly felt welcomed from the first moment. A special thanks to the manager, who kindly accommodated us with an early check-in when we arrived sooner than expected. Their hospitality made our experience even better. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting – you will feel taken care of and enjoy every moment!

It was a night stay to save on driving from one end of the island to the other in one day. Missed the building a couple of times as Google maps was wrong, but found it in the end.
Studio room was clean, out dated slightly but wasn't an issue for us as it was for a night.
The beds were comfy and so was to sofa bed.
