BEDROOM AREA: Open layout throughout - Furnished with a very comfortable queen-sized bed. Bedding is cleaned for every guest. The queen-sized bed accommodates two people. In addition, there are also (2) full-size beds. There is also a Roku Smart TV.
BATHROOM: Fresh, clean towels are provided. Shampoo, conditioner, soap, and body wash are also provided. A hairdryer is also available.
KITCHEN: Guests are welcome to make use of the kitchen to cook and store food in the fridge. Kitchen is stocked with plates, glasses, mugs, utensils, pots, pans, and other miscellaneous cooking tools. Coffee machine with complimentary coffee (regular, flavored, decaf) sugar, provided for guests.
LIVING ROOM AREA: Living room has a Smart TV Plenty of seating in the living room with a large, comfy couch and a large chair. A nice Dining Table also doubles as an excellent workstation and has seating for 6 people. In addition, there is a full-sized bed

We got our entrance codes the morning of arrival. We got notifications a few days before regarding the location, uber drop off and any assistance needed. The building was safe and secure. The living area is spacious and the kitchen has all the items needed to cook meals. A plus, shampoo conditioner and body wash in large bottles was provided. Extra blankets If it gets cold. Great experience.

This place is quite nice with all the typical amenities of a VRBO stay. The kitchen is well stocked. The beds are comfortable. The check-in / check-out procedures are very convenient. There is, however, very loud techno music playing every night of the week at the downstairs dance club, 10am - 2pm. While earplugs and a sound machine are provided, the thump of the music shakes the building, at times, and is too loud of the sounds dampening measures provided. If I was in town for the nightlife, this would have been a great place. However, I was in town on business and experienced interrupted sleep every night for the duration of my stay. The hosts did offer to move me to a different unit in the building, which was very nice of them. I am leaving this review not as a critique of the hosts, but for piece-of-mind for future travelers. It would have been nice to be forewarned myself regarding the loud conditions before booking.
