About this house rental

Very spacious 4 bedroom 2.5 bath newly renovated home on quiet cul-de-sac with views. Perfect for families. Also good for small groups needing space to work and relax.

Lovely quiet neighborhood on a hill above popular Glen Park neighborhood. Friendly neighbors. Almost no street traffic, so kids can play out front on the street. Pretty mini park in center of circular (cul-de-sac) street. Views of Glen Park, Diamond Heights and the San Francisco Bay.

Large ~2300 square foot home. There are 2 levels of living area. The main floor has the living room, dining room, kitchen, family room, back yard and half bath. The top floor has 4 Bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.
(The ground floor is a garage currently used as owner storage.)

There are NOT stores or many public transportation options within walking distance. It's located up on a hill with lovely views, very clean quiet neighborhood, plenty of street parking. Not ideal if you don't have a car. Glen Park Bart is close, but it is a big hill to walk back up from Bart.

The home was completely remodeled in 2020. Gorgeous kitchen with high-end induction stove (everyone LOVES cooking on this stove!) and marble counters. Formal dining room, 2 living rooms, 4 good size bedrooms, 2 full baths upstairs with bedrooms, half bath on main floor.

Families are preferred.
