Historic duplex in the Stockyards neighborhood. Owner occupied lower unit and rental in upper unit. Guest access using keypad door lock. Rental unit is upstairs, 2nd level. Unit includes eat-in-kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, and one full bathroom. Each bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed, closet and dresser storage, and blackout curtains for a comfy night's sleep. Living room has plenty of lounging space and Roku TV for streaming your favorite shows and movies. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need to dine in, prep snacks, or heat up takeout leftovers. There are two ring security cameras on the property; one one front door of the home and one on the garage facing down the driveway.

We had everything we needed. Because it was Thanksgiving we needed to do some food prep for the family gathering. The kitchen was very well stocked.

Great location. The apartment was exactly as advertised. Beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked for a quick meal. It was perfect for my daughter and me.
