Lamore di Carla is a charming stone farmhouse with an annex, nestled in the greenery of Borgo Savignola, in the heart of the historic Savignola Paolina winery. The villa is surrounded by large panoramic terraces overlooking the private swimming pool. The property can accommodate up to eleven people: the main house can accommodate five guests, while the annex can accommodate six. Both units are independent and equipped with fully equipped kitchens, connected only from the outside. From the 2026 season, the property will also offer a pickleball court. Agriturismo on a vinyard "Savignola Paolina", built in 1780. Property composed of main house and outbuilding 3 km from the centre of Greve in Chianti, 35 km from the centre of Firenze, 46 km from the centre of Siena, in an elevated position on top of a hill, in the countryside. The property is lovely with a nice pool and great views. It also has a large patio with a good sized table. I booked this place for my family after we attended a family wedding in Tuscany, and we had most of our meals on the patio. The whole area is wonderful and very close to Siena and Florence and lots of fabulous walled hill-top towns. Not sure how well this is covered in the description, but the property that sleeps 11 is actually two separate houses - the main house sleeps four and maybe 5 if there is a child. (I did not know this when I booked, and was disappointed, but maybe I didn't look carefully enough at the listing.) Both houses have their own kitchens but neither house could properly fit 11 people at one table inside. There are also another one maybe two houses on the property that appeared to be rented out or used. It is also a functioning winery so there are visitors coming and going for that and the owner (a nice, chatty man) lives on the property also and is often seen about (as were a lot of workers).It is not at all far from Greve and once you know how to get there it is easy to find. But several of our group had difficulty finding the place on arrival, as it is signposted for the winery not the VRBO.We had some issues with water (it was cut off unexpectedly at dinner time once) and with power outages during the day - but I have to assume that is exceptional. And the owner was always responsive on WhatsApp.Overall, we had a great stay.
