Enjoy sunsets and views of Eastsound from our charming west-facing home, conveniently located near Moran State Park, Cascade Lake, Rosario Resort, and Eastsound!
With an open floor plan and water views, our home features two bedrooms on the main level and one on the lower level, making it perfect for friends and small families. Nestled among tall, beautiful trees, it’s a peaceful retreat just a short drive from lakes, trails, kayaking, and local cafes! 🌲✨

As you enter our home, you'll be greeted by a spacious living room with plenty of seating and a cozy gas fireplace, perfect for streaming movies on the large Roku Smart TV!
The chef in your group will love our fully equipped kitchen, complete with a coffee bar featuring a drip coffee maker, French press, electric kettle, and coffee grinder. We stock Pete's coffee, tea, stevia, sugar, and creamer to kickstart your mornings! ☕
The master bedroom offers beautiful views of the trees and water, with a sliding door leading to the deck. Enjoy the stars at night and the morning quiet in this spacious retreat, complete with two large closets and a full bathroom nearby. The upstairs guest bedroom has two twin beds and a large closet, making it perfect for younger guests or besties!
Downstairs, you’ll find a bright laundry and desk area with a brand-new washer and dryer for your convenience. The finished basement features another guest bedroom with a queen bed, reading chair, and a full bathroom with a shower and single vanity. You’ll have plenty of privacy with a door leading to a sunny lower patio area.
Please note the bathrooms have been renovated with new tile flooring and the basement bedroom has wood floors and tiled laundry room. We'll be updating the photos soon!
Outside, enjoy a gas BBQ with a full tank and tools—just bring your secret sauce! 🍔 The seating area is perfect for relaxing among the trees and water views. Located in a quiet, rural neighborhood, our friendly community is great for walking and playing. While you may hear a bit of traffic noise from the main road to Moran State Park and Eastsound, you’re close to trails, lakes, and the best cafes and shops in Eastsound.

The house was super comfortable and we really appreciated that it was well stocked with all those things that are annoying to have to go out and find… toilet paper, paper towels, spices etc. We especially appreciated the coffee bar!Bed was comfortable, plenty of towels, soap, etc and communication with property manager excellent. And of course, the view was the best!

Gorgeous location and nice view
Deck is actually more of a balcony - too narrow to group four people into a circle
Nice tv and fireplace, nice appliances, rest of upstairs is pleasant. a minor remodel had been done recently.
Downstairs and especially the staircase not pleasant
Outside grounds uncared for.
Broken blinds in second bedroom, Key box finicky and most importantly NO COFFEE, fortunatlely we checked upon arrival and bought some in town.
Communication with property manager poor. I discovered with 5 days till arrival that we had not been billed for second half of payment. Reached out and got response late the following day, only by text - I called the phone number and was told unable to pick up phone.
