2-room apartment on the ground floor. Entrance with kitchenette. Living room with TV, fireplace and terrace seating area. Bedroom with double bed. Newly renovated bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Private storage room next to the balcony. One parking space in the garage. Pets are allowed. Communal laundry room.

HOUSE DESCRIPTION

Chesa Aivla is a multifamily house near the railway station in Celerina. In the immediate vicinity you will find various restaurants. The mountain railway Celerina/Saluver is about 8 minutes walking distance from the house. You can reach the cross-country skiing tracks in 10 minutes on foot.
