The tides shift twice daily, revealing ever-changing scenery — from shimmering water at high tide to sparkling tide flats, shoreline birds, and the gentle rhythm of coastal life when the water recedes.
While there is no direct beach access from the yard, a public shoreline trail is located just down the road for those who would like to explore closer to the water.
The natural bluff slopes toward the bay, so we recommend supervising children and pets while enjoying the outdoor spaces.

While the home has a Gig Harbor address, it is located about 15 miles (approximately 25 minutes) from downtown Gig Harbor along scenic WA-302, near Allyn and Belfair.
The property sits near a two-lane roadway. Traffic is occasionally noticeable from the driveway area and one rear bedroom, though the home’s insulated concrete construction keeps interior living spaces and the backyard very quiet.

External area is great, house is good, hottub worked well, no steps inside on in the entry area making it wheelchair accessible (no roll-in showers though). Not much to do around, and it's very close to the road so one of the rooms gets noisy in the morning.

Pros: Nice property. Lovely outdoor area. Mitchen is well stocked. Cons: The dishwasher is underpowered and several dishes needed to be rewashed by hand (even from previous guests).Overall, lovely time anf would stay again.
