Only 15 minutes from downtown, in the Mount Washington area, living in this duplex is a throwback to the 1940's. The place was clean, the water hot, the internet fast and the ambiance interesting. Good value for a family.
Not ADA friendly because of the stairs and front steps. Some TLC is needed, for example the broken slats in the mini-blinds and rolled up ends to the hallway rug.

It would have been perfect if the house wasn’t haunted!!! Stay at your own risk!!! After midnight spirits in the house get really active until daybreak!!! Cabinets opening,stuff flying out, all my food was knocked off the counter and I constantly heard a older gentleman saying get out his house he is tired of people invading his space!!! In the kitchen u will get dizzy and your phone will go haywire!!!
