The Location on the Southside was nice. There was a nice welcome package waiting for us. Fairly clean.
The apartment seemed somewhat nicer in the pictures. Water pressure in the shower was somewhat weak. Parking was a pain but that’s a common issue for the area. Some nights I spent 30-40 mins riding around looking for a parking spot that wasn’t too far to remember the next day.

Location and price were perfect. Many restaurants and coffee shops a block away.
Parking is challenging, but that was pretty well communicated ahead of time.

Three separate bedrooms for privacy.
Entrance located in an alley on the backside of a major party strip. Parking was extremely difficult, and were were woken up several times between midnight and 3am by bar patrons walking past the unit to their cars.
