Fabulous. Comfy beds. After a few hours at the water spas, we slept great. Spa is world class with zillions of pools and saunas. Three restaurants. Great food. An amazing amount of food choices.
Despite inside the "hot" bins, the main dishes were lukewarm or room temperature. The main dishes could have been more flavorful but I am getting really picky.

Great breakfast, lunch and dinner. The staff was very kind especially Maria who was one of the waitresses. We went for 2 days and decided to stay for 2 more. The spa facilities were very nice, great pools and brunch. We liked the lobby and the cigar bar downstairs. The hotel was overall very cozy and nicely built. We liked the therme fun park and the option for atv and other activities.
Housekeeping should be improved. They don’t really clean the room when they come just quickly fold the bed sheets and leave new towels. I think when guests are out they should come back to a fully cleaned room just like when they check in. It was obvious they didn’t clean and didn’t even clean the coffee bar section. The coffee also needs improvement I think an espresso machine would improve the stay instead of instant coffee. They should also add more towels. The food was good but the desserts were awful. Typical dessert bar which looks beautiful with pretty little cakes but they are dry and not good at all. Too many people come to the spa sometimes, maybe they can allow day passes to non hotel guests on certain days not every day. It gets packed. The rooms were okay just an observation the renovation of the hotel rooms were not of the highest quality. The alcohol that was included in the all inclusive was the cheapest version of everything. We didn’t mind paying extra for a better ouzo , rakia or cognac but considering this is one of the best hotels here they could put a little more effort since they can afford it. Also a suggestion is them making a separate menu for all the inclusive drinks. That would be a nice addition for people.
