Great location, safe building with security, walking distance to promenade and shops. The bed was very comfortable. Kind and helpful host. Secure parking available for a fee.
For guests who wish to cook a meal, more utensils/pans could be provided.

We had an amazing stay in the Flamingo. The location is a 10, seapoint really is the perfect spot in cape town. The sea and the boulevard so close and in the middle of all the sightseeing spot. Melvyn the host was so helpful he arranged us an parking spot super close to the appartement. He got us a bottle of wine and give us some recommendations to eat. Before we arrived he made sure everything was settled. The appartment was comfortable and in the evening we could relaxed there. The kitchen was full of stuff we used as well. The building before is finished so we had no problems with noise. In 2 weeks we will be back in cape town and I will try to book with melvyn again.
