Cleanliness:
The accommodation was clean and tidy. I didn't notice any stains, marks or dirt. Only the utensils needed bit more cleaning but otherwise, it was great.
Ambience:
I liked the general ambience of the studio. The place was very well lit and ventilated because of the windows.
Noise:
I didn't have much issue with the noise myself. Only the floor had creaking noise at some points which I was concerned might have been unpleasant for the guests downstairs. In terms of traffic noise, we had no issues.
Facilities:
There were adequate facilities for a couple with young child. Having the electric stove and washing basin amongst other things were very beneficial.
They did also have more facilities in the common area on the ground floor including microwave oven and utility room with washing and ironing facilities.
Also had car parking space at the front of the building which was the selling point for me.
Price:
I thought the price was decent compared to other accommodations within the area given the tidiness and facilities provided.
Overall:
I would recommend Cambridge Studios and Suites by Tas to anyone in the area. Both Check-in and Check-out are super easy. Guidance is available over the phone if needed and they provided with great customer experience over the phone as well.
