We were self catering. The area suited us as it was very near and convenient to visit family.
The only criticism we had was the towels provided were very small to what we are used to and as seniors the frame of the bed made it difficult for us to get out of! But otherwise we were extremely well catered for with many nice touches to make our stay very easy and comfortable.

It was a nice little place. Surprisingly spacious. Quiet street. Our hostess was very kind. It's a separate cottage from the main house with good privacy. Nice little kitchenette.
It would have been helpful to have a lighter blanket or sheet, instead of only a heavy comforter. The weather was warm and gorgeous, so it was a bit warm to sleep. Fan was provided to help out.
