Very clean, comfortable and very pretty. Good location
The hot water in the kitchen was either spraying everywhere with such a high flow or it was off.

Good location, very central with good local amenities. Cosy, very comfortable, modern accommodation with everything we needed for our 4 night stay. We would recommend it.
Nothing we didn't like. Parking was a bit tight a couple of times, but we always found a space in the private car park.

The property is lovely, nicely decorated, comfortable and clean. Great location for going to a concert at the Sandringham Estate. Will definitely book again when staying in that area and would also stay longer so we could explore the local area.
A couple of slight niggles, I had to call the host to remotely turn on the hot water, I tried calling twice and no answer but he did call me straight back (should really have already been turned on) the milk sachets and biscuits were well out of date - I mentioned this to the cleaner (lovely lady) who said that they were recently purchased and she would sort it with the host immediately. The shower was either scolding hot or freezing cold (I could not get a happy medium with the controls) I could see from previous reviews people have called the host for help with the shower but I didn’t want to bother him again.
Non of this would stop me from returning though as they are minor issues easily rectified.
