We liked the location and that there was a designated parking spot. The apartment was quiet and comfortable, it had everything we needed for a great stay.

Everything about the apartment was fab. Very clean, very comfortable and like home. With a lift for people with mobility issues and free allocated parking. Great location, very close to the Spa, where we went to see a gig. Great communication with Chris who dealt with our booking, he was so friendly and helpful. Would recommend this apartment and hope to revisit it again.

Allocated car park space
Long walk to the centre ( around 30 minutes walk) Wasn’t cleaned up to standard ( toast crumbs all over the worktop, dish drainer was absolutely filthy ( couldn’t use it to put our washed dishes on, very unhygienic to do so) Fridge was dirty The sink tap in the shower room was very dirty I did not think it was very safe for a family with young children to stay there( the area) Too expensive for what we paid
