Great location and a lovely flat. Chris met us at 4pm on the dot and showed us round. Everything we needed was there. All mod cons inside and all lovely, clean and comfortable. Only needed it to sleep as we were out all day, but was a nice place. Private parking was definitely a bonus.
Was a little noisy during the night and early morning, could hear people walking around the other flats but to be expected. We had no hot water on the last morning but we were going so not really a problem and I feel it would have been sorted straight away if reported as nothing seemed too much to ask from the owner.

Allocated car park space
Long walk to the centre ( around 30 minutes walk)
Wasn’t cleaned up to standard ( toast crumbs all over the worktop, dish drainer was absolutely filthy ( couldn’t use it to put our washed dishes on, very unhygienic to do so)
Fridge was dirty
The sink tap in the shower room was very dirty
I did not think it was very safe for a family with young children to stay there( the area)
Too expensive for what we paid
