About this bed and breakfast
In the exclusive north east of Corfu, Bella Mare Hotel offers a sublime location, spectacular views and exceptional service, creating the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. There are numerous delightful places to sit and soak up the sun amongst the tranquil grounds or by the generous pool and when you're feeling a little more energetic, kayaks and SUPs are available for hire on the beach adjacent to the hotel gardens. We can also arrange boat rental if you're looking to explore further afield.
The poolside bar is the perfect place for a lazy lunch, with a tempting choice of light meals and snacks served until 6pm and in the evening, the bar stays open for drinks until 9pm, so you can enjoy the company of friends old and new as the sun goes down.
For a little extra luxury, our ten Bella Mare Exclusive Suites share an additional private pool and daytime bar but all rooms at Bella Mare have spacious interiors with sea views and some also offer their own kitchenette and fridge should you wish to dine in.
There are two excellent tavernas moments from the hotel – or the vibrant town of Kassiopi, with its shops, waterfront restaurants and low-key nightlife is a 35-minute walk or a five-minute drive. Fashionable Agios Stephanos is also easily accessible, just a short drive south along the coast, with its popular tavernas, pretty boutiques and atmospheric bars.
In July and August, younger guests aged 5 to 11 can enjoy a complimentary range of children's activities courtesy of our Beach Life programme.

DIRECTIONS TO BELLA MARE HOTEL
From Corfu Airport (60 minutes)
Step 1 Once you have collected your car, take the only road leading out of the airport. At the junction at the bottom of this road turn RIGHT. This will lead you to a T-junction and a set of traffic lights where the sea is in front of you and the Old Fortress head/left. Turn LEFT here.
Step 2 After 200m you will pass the CORFU PALACE HOTEL on your LEFT. Follow the road uphill, joining a one-way system, round the LISTON/CRICKET PITCH, then the entrance to the OLD FORT to your right and the MAIN PARKING area to your left, this road leads you out of Corfu Town.
Step 3 Follow the road around passing the Old Port and New Port (large round-a-bout and Sette Venti Café on RIGHT). Continue for 6km until you reach a T-junction with a set of traffic lights.
Step 4 Turn RIGHT here onto a dual carriageway and a supermarket ‘SYNKA’, is located on your RIGHT. Continue along this road for 6km.
Step 5 Keep in the RIGHT lane and turn RIGHT at the lights signposted DASIA & KASSIOPI, which will take you along the coastal road, and up the NORTH EAST COAST.
Step 6 Follow the road up the east coast for 18km passing through the resorts of DASSIA, IPSOS, BARBATI & NISSAKI.
Step 7 You will pass by the church of LOUSTRI on your right, then through GIMARI (take care here if the traffic lights are not always working)! Continue along the main coastal route passing village signs for KALAMI & KOULOURA and a layby with a pergola and seating area with views of the channel on your RIGHT, until you see a sign for SINIES.
Step 8 500m after this sign is the small village of SINIES. Keep on the main road for another 3km until you see a blue road sign on your LEFT in Greek and English for AVLAKI and AG. STEFANOS just before Nikos SUPERMARKET.
Step 9 Turn RIGHT here and follow the road for 1.5km until you see the sea and the entrance to the hotel which is on your LEFT. There is parking space in the grounds of the hotel.
