Near all the parade routes, 2 blocks from Rouses, Win-Dixie, and across the street from Golden File Nail Salon! All the street parking around here is free and abundant! This home was beautifully restored but still feats many historic features of a Historic New Orleans Shotgun - Each room is connected!

We get our towels from a linen company. Sometimes the towels might have blotches (i.e., bleach stains, burn marks, or tears). Our housekeeping does their best to ensure there are no hairs in the towels, but if one is found, it's likely from our housekeeping staff. We strive for this to never happen. If you're not satisfied with the linens, please let us know and we’ll gladly swap them out for you. Please make sure to book for the correct number of guests, as linens are prepared accordingly.

The overall stay was very comfortable! My family and I was able to book a affordable home that was well kept and clean.

The overall stay was good. The location is great and I love the house. The biggest issues were there was no soap for the dishwasher, one garbage bag for the trash in the kitchen, not enough towels or dishes for my whole party, and 2 of the 3 lamps for the bedrooms didn't work. Otherwise I would definitely recommend this location and would stay again.
