About this farm stay rental
"La Casa dei Mandorli" is a self-contained cottage 400 meters from the Agriturismo and is accessed by an uphill dirt road (not suitable for motorbikes and low-slung cars). The property is located in the Maremma Park 4 km from Talamone and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway. The 60 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional services include high-speed Wi-Fi, heating and air conditioning in the rooms. The cottage has a private garden where you can spend relaxing moments. The property is about 6 km from sandy and rocky beaches and 1-3 km from the Maremma Park itineraries, which are ideal for those who want to delve into the beautiful Mediterranean scrubland (our guests have a 30% discount on tickets). In addition, grocery stores are 5.5 km away and bicycles can be rented in Talamone and Alberese. The farm is also 1km from guided horseback tours and riding stables. In the immediate vicinity ( 2km ) are trattorias and restaurants, 5 km restaurants open year-round. The facility has a parking lot. Families with children are welcome. A maximum of 1 pet is allowed (please inform the owner of the type and size of the pet). Massages and relaxation treatments can be booked at the facility (with outside staff). The property offers homemade products (organic oil and honey). This property's electricity is generated by solar power. This property has recycling rules; more information is provided on site.

Pros: Everything is as described. Although the house looks rather inconspicuous from the outside, everything inside is very nicely furnished and perfectly laid out. All amenities are available and the Wi-Fi works very well. We very much enjoyed our stay. Communication with the host was easy and fast and mostly via WhatsApp. The house is quite secluded, surrounded by an olive grove adjacent to the nature park in a beautiful natural setting. The coast and shops can be reached within 10 minutes by car. We very much enjoyed our stay. The kids missed the typical farm animals such as cats or anything else to play with. The agriturismo is a beautiful but rather quiet place as it only contains apartments and the farmers seem to live elsewhere.
