L’appartamento si trova al quarto piano con ascensore.
Presenta un parcheggio privato ed è molto vicino al centro.

We (as family of 4) really liked this place. All amenities were here. Underground garage was also available as it would be almost not possible to park outside during normal hours if you come by car. Apartment was clean and well accessible. Location is almost direct center of Sarzana. Literally 5minutes to train station and another 3 minutes to historic center and 5minutes to citadela del Sarzana.
We are happy we have chosen this place, will consider strongly when coming back.
Just a small things:
1. Key to outside doors on ground level - when entering building from street. This key not always work, you have to wiggle it a bit so it finds correct place in the door lock. Bit annoying.
2. Maybe more same kind of dishware, after we filled the dishwasher we were out of dishware.
3. Wine glasses missing to properly drink prosecco. There are only small glass-mugs.
