Très joli appartement art déco avec de très belles vues sur Dijon. Très bien situé, spacieux et super lumineux. Problème avec le chauffe eau pendant notre séjour - très bonne réactivité de l’agence. Bel immeuble.
La table bar dans le salon. Très peu esthétique et inconfortable. Le canapé a vécu.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön, auch die Lage war top.
War etwas mühsam, dass der Schlüssel an einer anderen Adresse deponiert war und man nach der Anreise zwei Adressen suchen muss.

Logement bien situé au centre ville - Garage accessible
Quelques dysfonctionnements: revoir les lampes de chevet côté cour, appareil à raclette à haut risque (fil dénudé), prévoir pater supplémentaire dans la salle de bain, chasse-d'eau sans pression suffisante, absence d'aération dans les WC, les vitres auraient pu être faites.
