This location had great value, a spacious kitchen/living/dining area, and comfortable beds. As a launch-pad to head into Yosemite, it served us well. Once we got a hold of the host by text, communication was good.
The property is clean but visibly in need of maintenance. Squeaky doors and a dated upstairs bathroom detract a bit from the premium feel.
Interfacing with the property through the property's booking contractor, Evolve, was not excellent. The wifi information on the booking page is out of date, and, as others have explained, the booking page omits the fact that the development the property is in will charge you a $50/car parking pass fee. Likewise, I repeatedly found myself being told to call or text the host when I messaged through the platform. Not terribly helpful.

Netflix was amazing. Only an hour or so from Yosemite. Deer all around and wild turkeys. The lake was very close. Cozy fireplace. Most of all dog friendly All I can ask for was there. ❤️
No curtains in bathroom main floor window. Need more curtains and black out shades.
