The host was very nice, communicative, and helpful, answering any questions we had quickly and in detail.
Located near the airport, accessible by taxi or metro.
It was tough to find a parking spot, especially when it was raining and we had a big car.
We had a lot of language, and it was not easy going in and out of the apartment.

Next to metro.
Building is old but safe with 2 elevators.
Apartment is half renovated.
Heating was ok.
Warm water and pressure were ok.
Good communication with owner.
Floors need change in some of the rooms. They are breaking apart.
Living room balcony door is not closing.
Sofa was filthy and smelly with steins.
Dark curtains were not preventing sun forcing you to wake up once sun is out.
Parking is free in the area, not provided by the property. Was not so difficult to find parking though.
Sheets were washed but still smelled bad.
2 out of 3 mattresses were not comfortable.
Sheets were small and with the slight move you sleep on the mattress.
Bathrooms were renovated but somehow felt unclean.
White socks turned into black when walking in the house.
In general it needs some more investment in terms of money and maintenance/cleaning in order to become a good choice
