Location exceptional, with parking very close. Communication & staff helpfulness outstanding. Fabulous sea view, comfortable bed & so many walks, bars & restaurants close by

Clean and comfortable very conveniently located access and exit was easy given clear instructions
For a two night stay there wasn’t enough tea, milk and coffee provided for a morning drink we are well aware that the hotel was very very close to outside cafes etc but it would have been nice to have enough for both mornings

The location is brilliant. The building and room was spotless.
I'm not sure a clean room should be seen as De-Lux.
A clean room should not be negotiable.
The room at over £90 per night is overpriced, I booked expecting a De-Lux room.
