The vacation rental offers you: - On the ground floor: a living room with kitchen, living room and lounge, then 2 bedrooms (1 160x200 bed and 2 90x200 beds), a shower room, a separate toilet with washbasin, a laundry room (accessible by a few steps) and a corridor. - Upstairs: a first staircase (in the hallway) serves: a landing with reading/games area, a separate toilet with washbasin, 1 bedroom (1 bed 140 x200) with private shower room. A second staircase (in the living room) serves: 1 bedroom (2 beds 90 x 190), a shower room and a separate toilet with washbasin. The configuration is ideal for a large family or for several couples wishing to stay together! Outside, the cottage has an equipped terrace, a garden (not enclosed) and a lockable shelter for your belongings and/or bicycles. You will have 4 parking spaces available. The owners live next door. Saint Philibert is a small famous and friendly seaside town that you will enjoy discovering. Preserved from the tumult of the big seaside resorts, you will appreciate here the charm of this seaside town in all simplicity. Come and explore its coastal hiking trails and enjoy its beaches, including that of Men Er Beleg is a real paradise for shore fishermen and that of Kernevest for water sports enthusiasts. From the cottage, a few minutes by car are enough to reach La Trinité-Sur-Mer, stroll on the port or on the terrace and admire the many boats. A little further, Carnac welcomes you with its long beaches and menhirs!
