You are sure to spend an unforgettable stay, close to the slopes, shops and many activities. Its living room opens onto a nice south-west facing balcony, overlooking the snowy mountains. It features a Bz bed (2 seats) and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances Dishwasher, Oven/Microwave, Nespresso Coffee maker (photo not contractual), necessary to prepare your meals, which you can then enjoy in the dining area for 8 people. The first separate bedroom has a comfortable double bed, 2 bunk beds (2x80), the upper bed is not suitable for children under 6 years of age (Article 6 of Decree No. 95-949 of 25 August 1995) and a bathroom. The second bedroom has a bed 140 (2 people) and two bunk single beds (2x80). duvets (3x220X240 + 6x140X200) Additional bathroom and separate toilet. You will have communal heating during your stay. Ski storage at your disposal. Please note that the end of stay cleaning, linen and towels are not included in the price. However if you wish, we invite you to contact us to add these services. Tourist tax payable on site. Paid parking spaces are available near the residence (pre-booking recommended from our agency). Smoking inside the apartment and staying with pets is prohibited. With 300 km of slopes, you can enjoy a wide range of winter sports on the snow-covered slopes of the Tignes resort, such as skiing, snowshoeing, ice skating (exterior ski area open according to weather conditions). In the summer, golf enthusiasts will be able to get to Golf 18 holes in Tignes, just 200 metres from the apartment. You will also find nearby shops, restaurants and bars at the foot of the residence to spend pleasant moments with family or friends. The region also has beautiful natural trails and a rich heritage. Thus, you can go on day trip or sports in bright waters such as rafting, with majestic mountains in the background.
