Unbeatable location. very roomy and access was simple. Highly recommend if performing at the Fringe or going with a large group of people. The flat is well maintained the hosts communicate well.

This apartment is in a great, central location with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. It was easy to access the apartment with the pass code. There are a lot of steps to get into the apartment which can be an issue if you have a large, heavy suitcase or mobility issues. You may want to consider traveling with 2 smaller bags. Didn’t mind the stairs when coming and going from sight seeing. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The pillows on the bed are on the thin side but fine when doubled up. The bathrooms are great, with one having a huge tub and shower combo and the other a nice shower. Plenty of hot water! The area outside the apartment is very lively but by 10pm it was very quiet and even before then the noise level was minimal. Overall, a convenient, quiet, comfortable place to stay.

Awesome location. Place was clean and had plenty of hot water. It was on 4th floor, but we knew that before booking. Only complaint, the pillows were thin and terrible. We would book this place again.

This property is in the perfect spot to explore the royal mile! There are restaurants all around, places to listen to live music, we even could hear a bagpiper from down the road. One of the coolest things was in the evening, the cathedral across the street was lite up with beautiful lights and there was a full moon that pulled the perfect picture all together. With 5 adults (2 couples) we appreciated having our own room and bathroom. We arrived in town a bit earlier than check in time, and our host was so kind to let us in. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone!
