This stylish and detached holiday villa in Küstelberg, northwest of Medebach, offers a private and spacious retreat for families or groups. With a large living room and balcony, fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom, and bright bedrooms, the home is designed for comfort and relaxation. The highlight is the 2,400 m² garden featuring a lawn, playground, and furnished terrace—perfect for outdoor dining and play.
Set at 650–830 m elevation on the Rothaarkamm’s eastern slope, Küstelberg is surrounded by pristine nature and mountain views. The region boasts 500+ km of hiking trails, 140 km of bike paths, 2 ski slopes, 3 cross-country trails, and attractions like Center Parcs, a high ropes course, and an adventure pool. Popular excursions include Winterberg, Willingen, Korbach, Fort Fun, and Edersee.
The villa includes central heating, private parking, and the option to book an additional guest (fee applies).
Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Reservations for groups of persons under 20 years of age are not permitted
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged

Das großzügige Ferienhaus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Einrichtung ist modern und sehr gemütlich, die Ausstattung ist perfekt und die Größe ideal für Gruppen, die gemeinsam Zeit verbringen möchten. Das weitläufige Außengelände ist ideal für Kinder, da auch Spielmöglichkeiten vorhanden sind. Das Haus liegt ausgesprochen ruhig. Wandern kann man vor der Haustüre und nach Winterberg sind es nur 8 km. Dieses Objekt kann unsere ganze Gruppe uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Wir kommen bestimmt noch einmal dort hin.

Bij ontvangst kregen we veel informatie over de omgeving, ook waren er folders en dergelijke te vinden in het huis. Voor eventuele vragen kon t ook bij de eigenaar gevraagd worden, die er schuin tegenover woont. Er is veel te doen in de omgeving zowel in de zomer als in de winter. Het huis was erg schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Wij hebben erg genoten!
