About this apartment rental
This charming 100 m² flat in Vougy can accommodate up to 13 people. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises an attractive living room, a fitted kitchen, three spacious bedrooms, two of which have en suite showers, a bathroom and a garden of around 300 m².
The accommodation comprises
- A living room with TV, double sofa bed and armchairs
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, Moulinex Subito filter coffee machine, raclette machine and fondue machine for 8 people...
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140x190), double sofa bed and en-suite shower room and WC
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160x200) and sofa bed with en-suite shower room and WC. Possibility of adding a single bed.
- Bedroom 3: four single beds
- Bathroom (bath)
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, high chair, cot, bottle warmer, hairdryer, steam iron and ironing board, Brita filter jug.
Outside:
- An above-ground swimming pool (unheated) measuring 5.49x2.75x1.35 and accessible from 1 May to 30 September. Swimming pool opening dates are non-contractual.
- A sunny, semi-enclosed garden shared with the owners, with a swing for children.
- A 20 m² west-facing terrace with outdoor furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The flat is ideally located in Vougy, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market, etc.
Activities :
- In winter, you can enjoy many nearby ski resorts: les Carroz (20 km / about 30 minutes), Flaine (35 km / about 50 minutes), Praz de lys-Sommand (28 km / about 40 minutes), Samoens (25 km / 35 minutes), la Clusaz (45 minutes)
- In summer :
Hiking and cycling
Visits to waterfalls such as those at Sixt Fer à Cheval, discovery of the magnificent Sixt Fer à Cheval cirque...
- Visit Lake Annecy
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park. The car park is outside and tarmac, and can accommodate all types of car.
The D1205 road and the A40 motorway between Cluses and Bonneville make it easy to get to all the surrounding towns.

- Free Wi-Fi available.
- Pets are accepted free of charge in the accommodation, please specify when booking. It is not permitted to leave your pet alone in the accommodation. The owners will take care of your pet and/or take it for a walk if necessary during your absence.
- Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- Bed linen provided and beds made up on arrival. Towels not included.
- The ground floor of the house is occupied by the owners, who may also use the garden.
- Bicycle hire (road or mountain bikes) available on site for €5 per person per day. Bookings must be made with the owner and paid for on site.
- A parent is responsible for all children swimming. Swimming pool opening dates are non-contractual.

La Vougerotte "the property and found the location and amenities generally satisfactory. However, the experience could be improved in a couple of areas.
Firstly, the owners do not allow guests to adjust the heating. This will be a bit inconvenient, especially during colder nights, as we can't modify the temperature to our comfort level.
Secondly, the rubbish disposal process was a bit cumbersome. We needed to take out the rubbish to an external location, which was somewhat inconvenient (unless you agree with the owners to leave the rubbish just outside their property).
Overall, the stay was pleasant, but addressing these issues could significantly enhance the guest experience.

La Vougerotte "🙂 Large apartment close to the mountains with a pool in the backyard. Well stocked kitchen equipment to prepare your own meal. Tv & internet are quite good.
🙁 In the living room, there is no window, this is really depressing. Also, there is no airco which can make it really hot."
